Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization

Senior Accountant

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Leading a team in ensuring all day to day Finance and Accounting functions of the company are run in a smooth and efficient manner.
2. Responsible for Full set of accounts, Fixed Assets, Tax, Payroll & Consolidation of financial accounts.
3. Overseeing monthly payroll ensuring all salaried related payments are made before their dues dates.
4. Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly management accounts and reports.
5. Monitoring the company’s cash flow.
6. Assisting in yearly budget formulation.
7. Overseeing yearly audits.
8. Close supervision of the Accounts Payable.
9. Close supervision and monitoring of Accounts Receivable ensuring credit control and monthly collection targets are met.
10. Liaising with bankers, financial institutions, lawyers, auditors, tax agents, governmental agencies, suppliers as well as the company personnel on all company related matters
    

Requirements:

• Female less than 35years old.
• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in Accounting - Compulsory
• Must possess sound understanding of accounting and Indonesian accounting laws
• Min.5 years accounting work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/retail based industry
• Knowledge of Accounting Software (Accurate System)
• Excellent written and communication skills in English & B.Indonesia
• Good computer skills in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to handle full set of account Knowledge of Indonesian Taxation
• Good leadership skills to lead, supervise, manage and motivate a finance/accounting team
