You will be quick to spot potential sales opportunities, developing these into profitable sales for the Bank, a task you effortlessly achieve by scanning the marketplace for new customers and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a mandatory minimum of 1 years experience as a customer service professional in a reputed institution, where you would have served walk-in customers and handled customer related queries with tact and diplomacy. A thorough understanding of bank products and services with computer literacy and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are the other essential requirements for this post.
Relationship Manager (Palembang)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for leading and growing a personal business, understanding customer needs, and actively educating existing and potential customers about ANZ banking products.
The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and thus being able to grow the business through new customer acquisition (s). Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills is undeniably important for this role in order to build and maintain networks.
Though not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business/ Management / Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting or Economics will be well regarded. Also essential to this role, will be a demonstrated experience in sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
