Management Trainee (MT)
Projetion: Need extraordinary people to be developed as unit/area head in the future. You will be oblige to:
- Fulfill all training requirements (business process, HE units, technical, etc)
- Job-assigned in required position and hands-on any technical problem in heavy equipment units (such as forklift, reach staker, crane) and to ensure that the units are available and ready to operate
- Administer progress reports and prepare routine presentation that will be evaluated by assesors.
- Have a Mangerial skill and strong leadership
Qualifications:
- Male, GPA min. 2,75
- Bachelor degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic Engineering
- 1 year experience in mechanical is advantage and fresh graduates are welcomed
Mechanic (ME)
- Male
- D3 Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic Engineering
Electrician (EL)
- Male
- D3 Electric Engineering
Welder (WE)
- Male
- SMK
- Having welding Certificate
General Requirement
- Willing to be assigned I our branches
- Age max 27 (MT) and max 23 ( Mechanic, Electrian and Welder)
- Have a good medical record
- IPK min. 2.75 (Scale 4) or 7 (Scale 10)
