Commercial Management Trainee (CMT)

Main Responsibility :

• Perform on-the-job-training duties in several department such as Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
  
• Learns line and staff fuctions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
  
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowlegde of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
  

Jobholder Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Having organization experience
  
• Computer literate, position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Acces and Power Point
  
• Proficiency in English-both in verbal and written
  
• Wlling to be relocated across Indonesia
  
• Min Bachelor degree from any disciplines from reputable universities with the GPA 3.25 (scale 4)
