Admin Assistant (BSS-FG/ADM)

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative skills with minimal guidance and independent in doing daily responsibilities including:
  • Screens calls
  • Reviews incoming
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence to the right person and or responds when appropriate
  • Update daily agenda
  • Types all kinds of outgoing correspondence as requested
  • Prepares expense reports
  • Review and monitors payment of miscellaneous
  • Creates and maintains good filing system for easy reference and retrieval
  • Handling travel arrangement, arrange meeting and dealing with other people within Deepwater Assets related to administrative matters.

Qualification

  • Clerical and interpersonal skills gained through experience in a multinational oil company/International Companies or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Has knowledge and experience in business administration process and procedures.
  • Communication skills, including excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Strong Skills on: Administrative jobs, confidentiality, communication, ability to maintain and manage multiple tasks which requires independent judgment and own initiative, such as managing Manager’s schedule, email in-box, filing, MS Office, etc. Liaison are required to work with both internal partners, and external parties

Responsibilities

  • To support Telephony System operation and maintenance

Qualification

  • Understanding on IT environment especially those related to Telecommunication and Network systems and operations covering: radio, fiber optic, network and security, telephony system
  • Strong knowledge on networking and telephony technology is preferred
  • Ability to develop procedures of operation and maintenance of telephony system.
  • Ability to understand the relation between telephony system and other related systems, such as network, telecommunication, server, etc.
  • Ability to recognize and identify potential areas where existing telephony systems require change or where new ones need to be developed.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analysis of fluid flow characteristics to define the behavior of the fluid flow in the subsea system during startup, operation, and shutdown

Qualification

  • Education Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage)
  • Experienced in defining and incorporating project HSE requirements into final project deliverables for execution and post-project operations
  • Familiar with design and operation of subsea facilities.
  • Knowledge of the flow assurance issues associated with deepwater operations, as well as risk mitigation and management.
  • Experienced in supporting EPCI execution for subsea systems
  • Experienced in ensuring good planning and monitoring progress of key engineering deliverables in support of project schedule
  • Experienced in managing interfaces with subsea design companies and installation contractor
  • Experienced in providing technical support for permitting/regulatory activities and leading interface with Government authorities
  • Experienced in supporting development of EPCI bid packages and managing assigned contracts and contractors

  • Experienced in defining and incorporating project HSE requirements into final project deliverables for execution and post-project operations
  • Experienced in supporting procurement processes for contracts related to subsea design, fabrication and installation
  • Experienced in coordinating the engineering, manufacture, acceptance testing and installation of subsea equipment. (Wellheads, Trees, Manifold and other hardware) and infield deepwater flowline.
  • Familiar with design, installation, intervention work and operation of subsea production system including Wellheads, Trees, Manifold and other hardware.
  • Experienced in supporting EPCI execution for subsea systems
  • Experienced in ensuring good planning and monitoring progress of key engineering deliverables in support of project schedule
